Przemek has over 30 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and investment banking. He focuses on Poland and CEE, and has advised on numerous M&A deals, fundraisings, privatisations and IPOs in a vast variety of sectors. Some of the most notable transactions include a sale of Solaris Bus and Coach to CAF (EUR300m), acquisition of BZ WBK by Santander (c. EUR5bn), sale of Polkomtel to Spartan Capital holding (USD6.6bn) and a takeover of Optopol Technology by Canon (first PTP Japan to CEE deal, EUR70m).
Przemek previously worked for Nomura as a managing director and head of Poland. He also served on EMEA executive committee. He gained his experience at Citibank and UBS.
Przemek holds an MA in Finance and Banking from Warsaw School of Economics and MA in Economics at Staffordshire University.
He is a CFA charter holder.
Karol has over 10 years of experience in commercial and investment banking as well as fintech industry.
Before joining Gamut he worked for Capital Lab in the capacity of analyst where he was responsible for analysing the market of ETF funds. Prior to that he worked as personal banking advisor in Nordea Bank.
Karol holds MSc in Finance and Accounting from Kozminski University in Warsaw and MA in Banking and Finance from Gdansk School of Banking.
Roch has over 10 years of experience in banking and law.
Before joining Gamut he worked for Weil, Gotshal & Manges (Banking and M&A) and Miller&Canfield (RE) law firms and UniCredito – Pekao S.A (Structured Finance and RE department), where he worked on several RE, structured finance and M&A deals.
Roch holds MSc in Finance and Accounting from Kozminski University in Warsaw and MA in Law from Kozminski University in Warsaw.
He passed CFA level 1.
Mateusz is an Analyst at Gamut.
He previously worked for OSTC as a trainee trader.
Mateusz holds BSc in Finance and Accounting from Warsaw School of Economics.
Rafał joined Gamut in 2024 after three years in investment banking and consulting, where he advised on M&A, financing and strategic projects.
His previous experience includes roles at Haitong Bank, Zeb Consulting, and BNP Paribas.
He holds a Master’s degree in corporate finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
